 Korean Employers have some of the hardest working people in the world. Amazingly, the average Samsung employee works an average of 27 hours of overtime per week. However, having employees work overtime is not beneficial to a company because it ultimately damages morale.First, employees do not get the opportunity to spend time with their family. Because of this, most employees have a trouble with their family . For example, children couldn't understand their father or mother. also, vice versa. Second, employees, who work overtime,  have a tendency to get a illness more than employees who work properly. Because of this, efficiency is going to down and completion level of work is going to lower. Finally it cause a problem in company's competitiveness.

 Some people believe that working over time makes employees professional. And they think that it leads companies win the game. However, working over time is not able to last forever because employees must be exhausted if it keep in going. Eventually it's try is going to fail. Therefore, companies should try to keep their employees from working overtime to avoid those negative effect.
