Chairman who embezzles...

 I think that a chairman who embezzles from his company must be punished according law. because he is criminal. the thing he has done is a kind of crime even the company is belong to him. so the chairman who is going to get to jail or a kind of  penalty can not maintain his position more. If he never get a punishment, similar crimes are happened again and again. To prevent similar crime, law against this type of crime should be strengthened. As a result, a crime about relating a company with owner will decrease than before.
